Abner Fortis is back in his most explosive mission yet!
The Galactic Resource Conglomerate wasn’t satisfied with their exclusive access to the helenium in the Maduro Sector, so they made a foolhardy deal with the devil—the Badaax. In exchange for a nearly unlimited energy source found only in the Badaax home world, they offered human clones produced in a facility on the planet Maltaan.
As the deal starts to go bad and the Badaax begin massing for an invasion of the Terra Earth Sector, President Marjorie Brooks-Green turns to the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency and a crack team of operators, led by newly promoted Colonel Fortis, to derail the deal and protect mankind.
New enemies emerge and shadowy conspirators scheme behind the scenes to stop the president in her tracks. All options are on the table as Fortis and his team race to interrupt the deal and hold off the Badaax until the Terrans can deploy weapons capable of destroying their ships.
It’s the kind of dirty, dangerous mission that Fortis specializes in, and he is determined to succeed no matter the cost, because the price of failure is the end of human civilization. He doesn’t have to like it, he just has to do it.
