James Tarr

James Tarr has been an armored car driver and police officer, and spent nearly twenty years as a private investigator working in and around the artful ruin that is Detroit. Tarr is a nationally-ranked competitive shooter, and has been writing for various outdoor magazines for a few decades. Thus far he's written ten novels (thrillers and military sci-fi) in addition to co-authoring Dillard Johnson's autobiography Carnivore, put out in 2014 by Harper Collins.
